30-day returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the item.
How to request a return
Email trustytails.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process returns sent to the wrong address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom
You also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
