Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email right away, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. During peak seasons, holidays or customs delays, some orders may take up to 25 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping locations
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. If your country is available at checkout, we ship there.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, your products may arrive in separate packages on different days.
